Alex has over 25 years consulting and management experience managing businesses to increased profitability through transformation and turn-around projects. He has developed and implemented organisational improvements in a variety of industries resulting in quantifiable improvements in performance, operations, procurement, logistics and support functions.

Developed and delivered more than 70 business improvement projects across domestic and international businesses in Australasia, Asia, Europe and South America with a combined bottom line impact in excess of $500 million.


Clients and Projects

Recent projects include:

✦ Goulburn Murray Water – Implemented a program to monitor and improve irrigation scheme upgrades. This included replacement of ageing infrastructure to deliver better service and outcomes for over 1,000 irrigation customers.

✦ Bunge Edible Oil Crushers & Refinement – Implemented Management Operating Systems (MOS) for operations and maintenance at multiple sites. The objective was to implementing continuous improvement systems resulting in increased productivity and greater plant reliability.

✦ Barrick Gold – Developed and installed MOS in mining mobile equipment maintenance to reduce breakdown maintenance. This included developing maintenance planning and scheduling, performance metrics and continuous improvement processes.
