His experience spans across a range of industries including telecommunications, education, financial services, health, infrastructure, resources and utilities across Australia.

Recent projects include:

✦ APA Gas Networks – Development and implementation of the Networks Operating Model to integrate and embed a standardised EAM system and Ways of Working. The project addressed process gaps and waste plus accountability gaps at all levels to deliver a significant improvement in productivity and cost.

✦ Rio Tinto – Development and delivery of a rail network access framework (people capability, processes, governance and org. structures) and optimisation platform to align operations and maintenance activities to deliver a reduction in network maintenance debt without compromising the delivery of the mine to port supply plan targets.

✦ Costa Group– Designed and implemented the operational excellence program for the processing and packing operations of Costa’s Citrus division. This program delivered a 30% reduction in labour spend, a 60% improvement in throughput and resulted in planned capital expenditure to increase plant capacity being deferred.
